Police say man fatally shot in West Baltimore on Saturday night

Baltimore city police said a 23-year-old man in a West Baltimore neighborhood died Saturday after being shot multiple times.

According to the police, officers were in the 1500 block of Whitelock Street in the city's Penn North section around 8 p.m. when they heard what they believed to be gun shots. Upon investigating they found Robert Hodge of 100 block of N. Bradford St. with multiple gun shot wounds to his neck and chest. He died at the scene, police said.
