In his first start at High-A Frederick, top Orioles pitching prospect Dylan Bundy had his rockiest outing since returning to minor league action.

Bundy allowed three runs on four hits  three of them singles  in 4 2/3 innings, recording three strikeouts and two walks. It was the first time in four minor league starts that Bundy, who has been held to a pitch count, did not go five full innings.

The 21-year-old Bundy, recovering from Tommy John surgery last June, was 0-1 with a 0.60 ERA at short-season Single-A Aberdeen, allowing 10 hits in 15 innings with 22 strikeouts and three walks.
