Man found shot at Orleans and Broadway

A 28-year-old man was shot near Johns Hopkins Hospital just before 6 p.m. Monday evening, Baltimore police said.

Officers responded to the area of Orleans Street and Broadway at 5:51 p.m. for a reported shooting. Police found the man, who was transported to a hospital for treatment.

Police said investigators believe the man was shot in the 200 block of N. Bond Street before running a block north to Orleans Street.
