Traffic: Debris on U.S. 29 in Ellicott City

Debris on U.S. 29 in Ellicott City at U.S. 40 has closed the southbound right traffic lane at 7:44 a.m. on Thursday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

A disabled vehicle on Interstate 95 North at Lane 9 of the Harbor Tunnel toll plaza has closed the toll lane at 7:54 a.m., DOT said.

Emergency roadwork on southbound Dulaney Valley Road in Towson at Fairmont Avenue has closed the right southbound turn lane and right southbound shoulder at 6:51 a.m., according to the state Department of Transportation.

Baltimore City officials on Thursday morning said residents issued 311 service requests due to downed trees, including a tree atop a car at the 2200 block of Linden Ave. at 7:28 a.m. Officials said they received a complaint of a downed tree blocking Cotswood Road at 7:49 a.m.

The Maryland Transit Administration said that due to Wednesday night's storms some light rail lanes lost power. Light rail service to Baltimore Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport was suspended Thursday morning. Bus bridges are in place to offset the suspended service, MTA said.
