City officials are considering a plan to have two-way traffic on St. Paul and Calvert streets, which are main one-way roads in the central part of Baltimore.

On Wednesday, Baltimore's Board of Estimates approved a $140,000 contract with Baltimore firm Sabra, Wang & Associates Inc. to perform a traffic study for the roads, along with a study of corridors from Fayette Street to University Parkway.
