The Joppa-Magnolia Fire Company is at the scene of a Monday morning motor vehicle crash in Joppa.

One vehicle was overturned in the accident, which occurred in the 1500 block of Stockton Road, according to the fire company.

Elsewhere, debris in the roadway has resulted in the closure of a southbound lane and shoulder on MD-24 near Sharon Road in Harford County.

As of 9:08 a.m., all lanes have reopened on northbound Interstate 95 near MD 543 in Harford County following a vehicle fire, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.

Another vehicle on fire had closed a northbound lane and shoulder on MD-3 north ahead of New Cut Road in Anne Arundel County. The lane and shoulder have reopened as of 9:12 a.m.

Light rail service is continuing to experience minor delays between the Mt. Washington and Cold Spring stations as crews perform maintenance work, according to the Maryland Transit Administration. Work is slated for completion on July 1.

The Maryland Transportation Authority is urging motorists to keep their low beams and drive slowly due to patches of fog in some areas.
