Gov. Martin O'Malley's band will open for one of the nation's best-known and most political Celtic rock bands Saturday in Baltimore, the governor's political action committee has announced.
O'Malley's March will play at what is billed as the last Baltimore concert of Black 47 as the New York-based band conducts its final tour after 25 years as one of the most influential bands of its kind.
The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. at the Baltimore Soundstage at Market Place. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door, but a two-person package is also available for $71.50 that includes preferred seating and a credit toward a food purchase.
