Police charge Loch Raven man in connection with May 15 shooting

Baltimore County Police have charged a Loch Raven man in connection with a shooting in the alley in the Idlewylde neighborhood on May 15.

Officers were called shortly before midnight to the 6400 block of Falkirk Road where they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the mid-body, police said. Details on his current condition have not been released.

Police have charged Devin Millard Tweedy, 23, of the 1300 block of Limit Avenue with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and use of a handgun in a felony crime of violence.

Tweedy is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said.
