Traffic: Incident on I-97 South

An incident on Interstate 97 South in Millersville at the MD 32 exit has closed the southbound right shoulder at 9 a.m., on Thursday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

A four-vehicle collision on the inner loop of I-695 in Linthicum at the MD 170 exit has closed the inner-loop right traffic lane and the inner-loop right shoulder at 8:30 a.m., according to DOT.

A three-vehicle collision on I-95 South in White Marsh past the MD 43 (White Marsh Boulevard) exit has closed the southbound left shoulder at 8:31 a.m., DOT said.

Transportation officials encouraged drivers to use low beams and drive slowly through fog that blanketed the region Thursday morning.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:10 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles are running on schedule.
