Maryland recruit Melo Trimble will do 3-point contest at McDonald's All-American Game

Shootout is Monday night; game will be played Wednesday

Maryland basketball fans who haven't had a chance to see top recruit Melo Trimble play can get a glimpse of the incoming freshman guard this week during the McDonald's All-American Game in Chicago.

The game itself will be Wednesday night, beginning at 8:30 p.m. on ESPN. Trimble will take part in the 3-point shooting contest Monday night on ESPNU.

Others in the 3-point contest include Kevon Looney  (UCLA), Rashad Vaughn (UNLV), Devin Booker (Kentucky), Myles Turner (uncommitted), D’Angelo Russell (Ohio State), Justin Jackson (North Carolina), Isaiah Whitehead (Seton Hall), James Blackmon (Indiana), Stanley Johnson (Arizona), Grayson Allen (Duke), Karl-Anthony Towns (Kentucky) and Tyler Ullis (Kentucky).
