Traffic: Minor incidents carry past rush hour on I-95, I-83

As of 9:15 a.m., the Tuesday rush hour was winding down with a pair of incidents.

In Baltimore City, the Maryland Department of Transportation reported an accident on northbound Interstate-95 near Pulaski Highway, but it was reportedly off to the right shoulder and not affecting traffic flow.

There was also a report of an incident on I-83 south at Belfast Road, but it was also off to the shoulder.

The Maryland Transit Administration was reporting that MARC trail, commuter buses and local buses were operating on time.
