Orioles-Red Sox game canceled after two innings because of rain

SARASOTA, Fla. -- The game between the Orioles and the Boston Red Sox at Ed Smith Stadium has been canceled after two scoreless innings due to rain.

Orioles left-hander Brian Matusz pitched two innings, allowing one hit and one walk.

The game will not be made up. Those with tickets can apply for a refund or exchange the tickets for the final remaining home game this year, which is Thursday night against the Tampa Bay Rays.
