Woman finds intruder in Parkville home [Crime Log]

A woman returned to her Parkville home one day this month and found a man inside her home, according to a Baltimore County police report.

At around 12 a.m. March 10, the burglar was discovered in the hallway of the home, located in the 8800 block of Wolverton Road, police said.

The victim ran to a neighbor's house and later told police that the intruder fled out of the rear of the house into the woods toward Oakleigh Road, police said. Nothing was stolen, but the rear door was destroyed.

In addition to this incident, other recent police reports from the area include:

Duncroft Place, unit block, between 10 a.m. March 11 and 9:30 a.m. March 13. Televisions and jewelry were stolen from a residence. Someone then broke into the victim's car, which was parked in a nearby lot, and stole a navigation system.

Harford Road, 8000 block, between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. March 12. A computer was stolen from a residence.

Delight Avenue, unit block, between 9 a.m. and 11:24 a.m. March 10. Several items were stolen from a residence.
