Annapolis Center

Concert The Bates Jazz Quintet will perform a free concert at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12.

'Ask the Undertaker' Ryan Helfenbein presents a two-part series on making advance funeral arrangements at 10 a.m. March 18 and 25. Bring questions or email them to ryan@lastingtributesfuneralcare.com.

Trips:

•The trip committee is accepting reservations for a trip to Victorian Cape May, N.J., May 19-22. Accommodations will be at the oceanfront Grand Hotel. The cost is $640 per person double occupancy; single, $780; and triple, $620.

•The trip committee is accepting reservations for a European river cruise on the Danube. The Aug. 2-13 trip includes visits to Prague, Budapest and Vienna. The price depends on the cabin.

O'Malley Center

Quilt Club Participants can help one another with projects and learn ideas and techniques at 1 p.m. Fridays at the O'Malley Annex. Sewing machines are available. New members are welcome.

Pasadena Center

The following activity will be offered at the Pasadena Senior Activity Center, 4103 Mountain Road. Information: 410-222-0030:

Bus trip The center hosts Springfest in Ocean City on May 1. Cost is $40 per person, with a $25 deposit required by April 1. The bus will leave at 7:30 a.m. and return at 7:30 p.m. Must be 55 or older.

Pascal Center

The following activity will be offered at the Pascal Senior Activity Center, 125 Dorsey Road in Glen Burnie. Information: 410-222-6680:

Wii open bowling is available Tuesday afternoons at 12:30 except on the third Tuesday, when play begins at 1 p.m.

South County Center

'Women's Pelvic Health' A urogynecologist will speak on incontinence issues, discussing nonsurgical and surgical approaches at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 11.

Concert The Retro Rockets perform at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 12.

Senior housing opportunities Marie Simpson, a real estate specialist with Long and Foster, will provide an update on 55+ housing communities and options for aging in place at 10 a.m. Friday, March 14.

'Put Pain in its Place' A program at 1 p.m. Monday, March 17, will teach participants how to manage arthritis pain.

The Knitting Group meets from 10 a.m. to noon the second and fourth Monday of each month. All levels of knitting expertise are welcome.

Beginning tap dance An introduction to tap will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays. No experience is needed; the instructor is Vicki Smith. Fee is $40.

Jazz dance Vicki Smith leads a class from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Fridays. All levels of experience are welcome. Fee is $40.

Creative Crafts Evelyn Bacon will lead classes from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Mondays. Fee is $40.

Aquacise An exercise program conducted in warm water to improve flexibility, mobility and range of motion and boost stamina will take place from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at the Arundel Olympic Swim Center, 2690 Riva Road in Annapolis. Cost is $40.
