Man found dead by road in Dundalk

Police: Victim appeared to have died from trauma to the head

A man was found dead on the side of the road in Dundalk Wednesday night, Baltimore County police said.

The man, found near the intersection of DeBoy Avenue and Old North Point Road just after 7:30 p.m., appeared to have died from trauma to the head, police said.

The circumstances surrounding the death are unclear. The victim's body will undergo an autopsy by the state medical examiner.

The incident is under investigation by the police homicide unit.
