Police in Prince George's County are investigating a triple homicide after a 911 caller reported finding the bodies in an apartment on Saturday.

Officers responded to the apartment in the 5200 block of Marlboro Pike in Capitol Heights, near Oakcrest Country Club east of Washington, about 5:30 p.m. and located the bodies of three adults, police said.

Each of the bodies had suffered trauma, police said.

Police said they were still looking for a suspect, or multiple suspects, and a motive late Saturday, and would be back in the neighborhood on Sunday "to pass out Crime Solvers flyers and speak with members of the community."

Anyone with information is asked to call the county police at 301-772-4925.
