Tricia Lynn Penner, 26, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100.

Charles C. Huffman III, 27, of the 2000 block of Tower Road, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area.

Delmonta D. Young, 18, of the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Saturday with failing to obey a lawful order and second-degree assault.

Amy L. Davis, 48, of the 500 block of Eastern Court, was charged Saturday with failing to comply with a peace order and trespassing.

Patricia Lydia Pugh, 35, and Vincent William Pugh, 34, both of the 200 block of Center Deen Avenue, were charged Saturday with theft less than $1,000.

Randy H. Banks, 52, whose last known address was in the 400 block of Washington Street, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order.

Angel Marie Mitchell, 35, of the 300 block of Washington Street, was charged Tuesday with neglecting a minor.

A wallet was stolen Friday in the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway.

A church was broken into Friday in the 100 block of Spesutia Road.

A vehicle was broken into Saturday in the 5000 block of Bristle Cone Court.

Someone was trying to steal something Saturday in the 1300 block of South Philadelphia Road.

Someone was disorderly Monday in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

Burglaries were reported Monday in the 800 block of Edmund Street and in the first block of East Aztec Street.

A tire cover was stolen Monday at Wawa, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

A vehicle was damaged Monday at Franklin and North Parke streets.

Someone was disorderly and harassing customers at Short Stop, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

License plates were stolen off a car at Walmart Monday.

An explosion or gunshot was reported Monday in the 300 block of Woodland Green Court.

A possible burglary was reported Monday in the 600 block of Aldino-Stepney Road.

Shots were reported fired Saturday in the 100 block of Baltimore Street and the 100 block of Hanover Street.

Money and merchandise were stolen Saturday at Target, in the 1000 block of Middleton Road.

A theft was reported Saturday at Sterling Automotive, in the 1300 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

People were disorderly at Greene Turtle, in the 1100 block of Beards Hill Road, and at Red Roof Inn, in the 900 block of Hospitality Way, on Saturday.

An assault was reported Saturday in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

People were trespassing Friday in the first block of Warren Street and at Northside Liquors, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

Credit card fraud was reported Friday in the 700 block of Long Bar Harbor Road.

Someone was disorderly Saturday in the 3500 block of Back Pointe Court.

A fraudulent phone call was reported Monday on Box Hill South Parkway.

Someone was disorderly Monday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A vehicle was broken into overnight Tuesday in the 100 block of Glen View Terrace. Thefts were reported Tuesday from three vehicles in the 200 block of Glen View Terrace and vandalism was reported in the 100 block of Glen View Terrace.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday in the 1600 block of Ashby Square.

Chain saws were taken from a work truck Friday in the 2700 block of Greene Road.

Bel Air

Zachary D. Atkins, 25, of the 100 block of Oak Moore Court, was charged Sunday with possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing a drug other than marijuana, obstructing and hindering police and making a false statement to a peace officer.

Fraud was reported Friday in the 300 block of Mauser Drive and in the 100 block of West Ring Factory Road.

Harassment was reported Saturday in the 200 block of East Belcrest Road.

Shots were reported Saturday in the 700 block of Fairwind Drive.

Someone was disorderly Saturday in the 1100 block of Vanguard Way.

Lights and a harness were stolen from a plow Monday in the 700 block of Belair Road.

Vandalism was reported Monday in the 400 block of Harrison Court.

Shoplifting was reported Monday on Bel Air South Parkway.
