The Orioles and WBAL-AM 1090 announced Tuesday that 14 of the team's spring training games will be broadcast on the station this year.

The schedule begins with the spring training opener on the road against the Tampa Bay Rays in Port Charlotte, Fla., on Feb. 28 at 1:05 p.m. The next day, the team's flagship station will also carry the home opener at Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota, Fla., against the Toronto Blue Jays at 1:05 p.m.

Three of the 14 broadcasts -- March 23 vs. the Pittsburgh Pirates in Sarasota (1:05 p.m.); March 26 vs. the Rays in Port Charlotte (7:05 p.m.); and March 27 vs. the Rays in Sarasota (7:05 p.m.) -- will include a 30-minute pregame show and 30-minute postgame show.

As previously announced, MASN will broadcast six Orioles spring training games this year.

The Orioles and WBAL agreed to a new two-year deal earlier this month. The Hearst-owned station will broadcast all 162 of the Orioles' games during the regular season, with Fred Manfra and Joe Angel returning to the booth.
