Man shot in Northeast Baltimore Sunday morning

Suspect shot victim in buttock, left the area on a bicycle, police said

A man was shot in the buttock by a man on a bicycle in Northeast Baltimore Sunday morning, police said.

The victim had been walking in the 2800 block of Clifton Park Terrace, between the city's Clifton Park and Belair Edison neighborhoods, when the suspect approached and began shooting at him, police said. Police were called around 11:30 a.m. and found the man with a gunshot wound to his right buttock. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment, and he was listed in good condition Sunday afternoon.

The suspect, who police said wore a dark-colored hoodie with a white zipper and white drawstrings, left the area on the bike.
