Traffic: Disabled vehicle in Sparks Glencoe area

A disabled vehicle in the Sparks Glencoe area on Interstate 83 South at Cold Bottom Road has closed the southbound right shoulder for nearly two hours after the state Department of Transportation first reported the incident at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday

The Maryland Transportation Authority said that the I-695 Curtis Creek Drawbridge is slated to open at 8:45 a.m., 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:14 a.m. that trains and buses were running on schedule.
