Anne Arundel County police say a man was robbed at knifepoint Sunday morning after he woke up from sleeping inside his vehicle in the parking garage at Maryland Live Casino in Hanover.

At around 7:45 a.m. the man, 58, woke up after he heard someone tampering with his vehicle, according to police. He stepped out to investigate and saw two men, one of whom had a knife, approaching him.

The man told police that as he rushed to get back into his vehicle, the suspect with the knife reached through the window and held the knife to his throat. The victim handed over his wallet after a brief struggle, during which he received a minor cut to his hand, police said. The robbers then fled the scene.

Police say they consulted electronic surveillance and later arrested two suspects. Kacy Domico Queen, 22, of the 8000 block on Winding Wood Road in Glen Burnie and Demetrious Jamal Manar, 21, of the 3500 block of Laurel View Court in Laurel, face armed robbery, assault and other related charges.
