Annapolis Center

Concerts Bob Brewer performs Broadway, blues, rock and country songs at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15. Chuck Fisher performs classic and modern country songs, plus music by Paul Anka, Bobby Vinton, the Platters and others at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22.

Down to size Learn ways to cut down on possessions, pass things on and stay rid of clutter at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 13, as Kater Leatherman, a professional organizer and columnist for The Capital, conducts a workshop on downsizing.

Appraisals An "Annapolis Antiques Roadshow" with Todd Peenstra, an antiques and art appraiser, and Steve Gouterman, an expert on gems, jewelry, gold, silver and coins, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14. Sign up in advance. Two items per person.

'War Horse' The trip committee is accepting reservations to see the play Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore. The ticket price of $147 includes transportation and lunch at George's in the Wyndham Peabody Court Hotel on Mount Vernon Place. The play tells the story of a horse that is sold to the cavalry and shipped from England to France during World War I.

European river cruise The trip committee is accepting reservations for a cruise on the Danube. The Aug. 2-13 trip includes visits to Prague, Budapest and Vienna. The price depends on the cabin. Arnold Center

Lending voice "Sing-along with John" will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16.

Pascal Center

Wii open bowling is available Tuesday afternoons at 12:30 except on the third Tuesday, when play begins at 1 p.m.

Music by DeJohn Performers John and Deb Annen will perform fiddle tunes, country, bluegrass, jazz, oldies and novelty songs at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16.

Art reception The Open Studio group will host a display of artwork at the North County Library through the month. A reception will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17.

South County Center

'The Knitting Group' meets from 10 a.m. to noon the second and fourth Monday of each month. All levels of knitting expertise welcome.

Concert Captain Chuck Fisher performs at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22.

Beginning tap dance An introduction to tap will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays. No experience is needed; the instructor is Vicki Smith. Fee is $40.

Jazz dance Vicki Smith leads a class from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Fridays. All levels of experience are welcome. Fee is $40.

Creative Crafts Evelyn Bacon will lead classes from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Mondays. Fee is $40.
