Erin Henderson arrested for second time on suspicion of drunken driving

Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of drunken driving after crashing his SUV, according to a report by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

It is the second time Henderson has been arrested for suspicion on driving while intoxicated in recent months. The first arrest occurred on Nov. 19 in Minnesota. 

Henderson was booked Wednesday on four charges, including second-degree drunken driving for refusing an alcohol test, according to the paper. The story also says Henderson had a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia with him, according to the police report.

Henderson posted $12,000 bail and was released Thursday morning. The Vikings released the following statement: "We are aware of the matter involving Erin Henderson. We are continuing to gather infomration and will have further comment at the appropriate time."

Henderson played at Aberdeen High and Maryland, like his brother E.J., who retired after the 2011 season.
