Traffic: Collision on U.S. 1 in Kingsville

All southbound lanes and all but one northbound shoulder are closed on U.S. 1 in Kingsville due to a two-vehicle collision with injury at New Cut Road on Monday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Northbound traffic is moving on the northbound left shoulder, which has been reversed due to the accident, which continued to hamper traffic for nearly two hours after DOT first reported the incident at 7:04 a.m.

A utility problem in Baltimore City on northbound Washington Boulevard at Bush Street has closed both northbound traffic lanes and two of three northbound shoulders at 6:48 a.m., according to DOT.

DOT said that one of three northbound shoulders have been reversed due to the incident.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation reported at 8:10 a.m. that a water main break has closed Washington Boulevard at Ostend Street. Northbound Washington Boulevard has been detoured to Carey Street, while southbound Washington Boulevard has been detoured to Cross Street, Baltimore City DOT said.

The Maryland Transit Administration has reported minor MARC train delays at 8:45 a.m.
