Driver taken to Shock Trauma after serious crash in Glen Burnie

Intersection of Overhill Road and Marley Neck Boulevard closed as police investigate

A driver was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma after a serious crash in Glen Burnie Monday afternoon, Anne Arundel County police said.

The crash, which involved a white Ford Explorer and a Red Nissan, happened at the intersection of Overhill Road and Marley Neck Boulevard around 4 p.m., police said.

The intersection was closed during the early evening commute while police investigated the crash, according to T.J. Smith, a spokesman for the police department.
