Ellicott City

Town and Country Boulevard, 8700 block, 12:38 p.m. Dec. 19. Contractor entered apartment and found man in closet. Man apologized and fled.

Richards Valley Road and Waterloo Road, 8:20 p.m. Nov. 7. Four to five boxes of scrap copper stolen from Summit Electric. No sign of forced entry.


Business Parkway, 6600 block, 2:36 p.m. Dec. 22. Penske truck stolen.

Dorsey Run Road, 7100 block, 12:02 a.m. Dec. 22. Attempted vehicle theft.

Matchbox Alley, 7300 block, 5:40 p.m. Dec. 21. 2008 Honda Civic stolen.

Savage/North Laurel

Freestate Drive, 8700 block, 1:21 p.m. Dec. 16. White Chrysler stolen from Carmax.

Baltimore Street, 9100 block, between 12:01 a.m. Dec. 15 and 8 a.m. Dec. 22. Entry gained through apartment window. Electronics and gift cards stolen. Ongoing investigation.


Morning Time Lane, 6400 block, between 10 a.m. and 9:06 p.m. Dec. 20. Entry gained by shattering glass in rear sliding door. Cash, electronics and jewelry stolen.

West County

Ridge Road, 700 block, between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Dec. 18. Entry gained to unlocked residence. Nothing stolen.
