Howard Co. police find body at Centennial Park

A man found dead at Centennial Park in Ellicott City Sunday morning is believed to be a drowning victim, according to Howard County police.
 
Police said the man, who appeared to been in his 50s, had not been identified as of Sunday evening.
 
Police said there is no indication of foul play, and investigators believe the man drowned after slipping on ice near the edge of the water.
 
The body was found at about 9 a.m. by a citizen, police said, and the park was closed. It was reopened about 2:30 p.m., police said.
