Ravens will wear black jerseys and pants vs. Steelers on Thanksgiving night

November 26, 2013|The Baltimore Sun

The Ravens will wear their black jerseys with black pants for the first time this season in Thursday night's primetime game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to the team's website.

The Ravens wore their black jerseys with white pants on Oct. 13 against the Green Bay Packers. NFL teams are permitted to wear their alternate jerseys twice each season.

It's the second straight year the Ravens will wear black for their home game against the rival Steelers. The Ravens also wore black uniforms the last time they played on Thanksgiving night, two years ago against the San Francisco 49ers.

They are 10-5 all-time in black jerseys.
