A three-vehicle collision with injury in Elkridge on MD 100 West past U.S. 1 has closed the westbound right traffic lane and westbound right shoulder at 8:47 a.m. on Monday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

DOT also reported at around 8:50 a.m. the clearing of a crash in South Gate on MD 100 East at the Interstate 97 exit, reopening the eastbound right shoulder.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said at 8:15 a.m. on Monday that a traffic arrow board has obstructed the right lane on northbound Hanover Street and Waterview Avenue, causing severe traffic delays. The arrow board's contractor is en route to the scene, Baltimore DOT said.

Baltimore City DOT also reported BGE-related power outages at the beginning of rush hour but offered no information on possible road closures.

Around 6:35 a.m., DOT reported a power outage at Wilkens and Caton avenues and said that a generator was en route and that the Maryland Transit Administration had been notified. Around 6:40 a.m., DOT reported a power outage at Fayette and Howard streets.

In both outages, the transportation authority said that BGE was working in the area.

MTA reported at 9 a.m. that trains and buses were running on schedule.
