Gary Izeil Eugene Osborne, 24, of the 400 block of Ruby Drive, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Evan Kelly Jordan, 56, of the 1000 block of Warwick Drive, was charged Sunday with telephone misuse, failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order, having an alcoholic beverage in a retail establishment and drinking in a retail establishment.

A vehicle was vandalized Saturday in the 1200 block of North Stepney Road.

A burglary of trailers in the 1500 block of Perryman Road was reported Sunday.

John D. Agee, 25, of the 1200 block of Prospect Mill Road, was charged Saturday with having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area.

Stephen G. Reyes, 22, of the 2300 block of Arthurs Woods Drive, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.
