Maryland's Brad Craddock named a semifinalist for Lou Groza Award

Top collegiate kicker will be named Dec. 12

Terps kicker Brad Craddockis among 20 semifinalists for the Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Award, the Palm Beach County Sports Commission announced Monday.

Craddock has made 15-of-18 field goal attempts this season, including 14 of 15 on kicks of 49 yards or less. He had a season-long50-yarder against West Virginia on Sept. 21.

Finalists for the award will be announced on Nov. 25, and the winner will be announced live on ESPN on Dec. 12.
