Man dies in McElderry Park shooting; two injured in other incidents

Homicide detectives investigating, have not identified victim

A man died in a shooting in the McElderry Park area of East Baltimore late Saturday, one of three shootings in the city on Saturday night and Sunday, police said.

The man was found with at least one gunshot wound in the 500 block of N. Bradford Street at about 11:50 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead at 12:34 a.m.

Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting. Police have not identified the victim.

Another man was shot in Southwest Baltimore Sunday evening, police said. The 24-year-old man was shot multiple times at about 6 p.m. in the 100 block of Willard Street, in the Shipley Hill neighborhood. He was in serious condition but expected to survive his injuries on Sunday night, police said.

Another shooting victim visited a local hospital for treatment early Sunday morning, police said.

A 35-year-old man was shot in the foot and walked into an area hospital about 1 a.m. Police determined the shooting took place in the 2100 block of Boyd Street in the Boyd-Booth neighborhood of West Baltimore.
