James Edward Horwarth, 23, of the 1700 block of Gillingham Drive, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Nicholas W. Geisler, 26, of the 900 block of Hillswood Road, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Vickie A. Upchurch, 49, of the 1400 block of Walbash Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

A possible credit card theft was reported Monday in the 1400 block of Handlir Drive.
