Man killed overnight in Reservoir Hill

Homicide detectives called to scene

Baltimore police said a man was shot and killed in the Reservoir Hill neighborhood late Sunday.

Officers reported the shooting at 11:21 p.m. in the 1100 block of Whitelock St. When officers responding arrived, police said they found Brandon Davis, 27, suffering from a gunshot wound to his right arm. Davis was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center where he was pronounced dead at 12:01 a.m.

Davis lived on the 1300 block of Stockton St. in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood, police said.

A preliminary investigation revealed that Davis was standing outside on Whitelock Street when an unknown suspect came out of an alley and shot at him with a handgun. Police have no suspects.

Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting, and police asked anyone with information to call investigators at (410) 396-2100.
