Melo Trimble's big summer on the AAU circuit was noticed by at least one recruiting service.

The Maryland-bound combo guard rose to No. 35 nationally -- a three-spot jump -- in 247Sports' updated 2014 rankings.

Terps shooting guard pledge Dion Wiley, meanwhile, dropped 10 spots to No. 58, while UM wing recruit Jared Nickens settled in at No. 106.

Check out 247Sports' complete rankings here.

** Terps post target Chinanu Onuaku reportedly picked up an offer this week from Louisville.

** The Austin American-Statesman named Terps commitment Brendan Moore the second-best offensive tackle in the Austin area.

Like [Robert] Castaneda, Moore was a 2012 unanimous all-district first team selection. He is committed to play ball at Maryland (which will be in the Big 10 when he gets there). Moore is 6-foot-4-inches tall and 270 pounds. His biggest physical trait is above average speed for a tackle. He’s quick, which allows him to make plays.
