Laurel Advocacy and Referral Services, 311 Laurel Ave. Must live within ZIP codes 20707, 20708, 20723 and 20724. Families are welcome to come in for help as long as supplies last. New clients must bring a valid picture ID for all adult household members, Social Security cards for all household members (or birth certificates/school records for children) and proof of any income.
