Man killed after car crash in North Baltimore

A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in North Baltimore on Wednesday night, Baltimore fire officials said.

The man, who has not yet been identified publicly, was trapped in the vehicle after the 7:25 p.m. crash, which occurred near the intersection of The Alameda and Meridene Drive, the Fire Department said.

He was later extricated and, suffering from life-threatening injuries, was taken to a hospital, where he died.
