Woodberry's Union Craft Brewing will host a "1st Anniversary Celebration" on July 27 at its headquarters (1700 Union Ave., Suite D), according to co-owner Jon Zerivitz. It will take place from 7 p.m. from midnight.

Two new beers will make their debut at the party, including UCB's "mysterious 1st anniversary barleywine." Food will be provided by Woodberry Kitchen, Birroteca and the Food Market.

WTMD's Scott Mullins will host his weekly Dirty Soul Party (a mix show of "soul, funk, rock, Latin and African beats designed to get you off the couch and on the dance floor," according to WTMD's website) from the party.

Tickets are available here. General admission is $20, while a $35 VIP ticket includes admission, three food tickets, a limited-edition glass and a beer.

Earlier this year, UCB increased its brewing capacity by 75 percent. The company also began selling its two flagship beers (Duckpin Pale Ale and Balt Altbier) in cans.
