Montaze D. Berry, 23, of the 4800 block of Seven Trail Circle, was charged Thursday with violating a protective order.

Wayne E. Carter, 52, of the 100 block of New County Road, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Michael D. Ross, 31, of the 1000 block of Shaffner Drive, was charged Monday with three counts of being rogue and vagabond.

Joseph Lantz Scott, 50, of the 2500 block of Creswell Road, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving a vehicle with willful disregard for safety, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failing to obey traffic control devices and driving in a careless and impudent manner.

Christopher Braun, who was born in 1987 and lives in the 1700 block of Redfield Road, was charged Friday with having an alcoholic beverage in a retail establishment.

Brensly Anthony McNish, who was born in 1976 and lives in the 700 block of White Oak Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

An iPod was stolen from a car on Canvas Place last Wednesday.
