Isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in the morning and through the evening on Monday in the Baltimore region, with high temperatures reaching the upper 80s, according to the National Weather Service.

Similar weather is expected through the rest of the week.

Temperatures are expected to drop into the 70s overnight, with partially sunny skies Tuesday morning making way to more rain showers and potential thunderstorms in the afternoon, the weather service said.

Thunderstorms are also possible through the rest of the week and into the weekend, the weather service said.
