Lansdowne man dies from stab wounds after incident at bar

Baltimore County police say a Lansdowne man, John Bowman, 22, died early Sunday morning as a result of stab wounds suffered during an incident at the Fish Head Cantina in Arbutus.

Police responded to reports of a fight at the bar and restaurant on Benson Avenue at about 1:30 a.m., and discovered Bowman, of the 900 block of Niagara Court, bleeding from multiple stab wounds.

Bowman was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma where he was pronounced dead. No charges have been filed, police said.
