Kittleman best choice for new county leadership [Letter]

June 26, 2013

I was delighted to hear that Allan Kittleman is running for County Executive; he's a very decent guy with a lot of good experience.

I've heard people ask why we should make any change in county government, when things are going so well in Howard County. The fact is, since the Ulman Administration is term-limited, we're going to have new people running the county, no matter who we elect. I liked hearing that education is Mr. Kittleman's first priority, and that he will do something about the transportation problems we face.

Mr. Kittleman seems to be an independent candidate who follows his conscience, and likely the best candidate to elect, regardless of political party.
