Two charged with murder in man's death in Rosedale

Victim's girlfriend, man with whom she was romantically accused in May shooting

The girlfriend of a Baltimore man fatally shot in Rosedale in May was arrested in connection with his murder, along with another man with whom she was romantically involved, Baltimore County police said Thursday.

Robert Wynder, 23, was shot near a Shell gas station in the 6300 block of Kenwood Avenue on May 5 was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Tyvon McQueen, 33, of Baltimore, and Diop Fatiu, 32, of Essex, were charged with first-degree murder last week. They are being held without bond, and it was unclear whether they had attorneys.

"Detectives learned that she and the victim argued about their relationship prior to his murder," police wrote about Fatiu in a statement.

Police said forensic evidence from the scene led them to McQueen and Fatiu.
