Man shot and wounded in Dundalk

Released from hospital as of Wednesday morning

A man was shot in Dundalk on Tuesday afternoon and was expected to survive his injuries, Baltimore County police said.

He had been released from an area hospital as of Wednesday morning, police said.

Cpl. John Wachter, a police spokesman, said police were called about 4:10 p.m. for the shooting and found the man in the 7900 block of Eastdale Road. Wachter said the man was found outside in an alley.

Information about a suspect or motive was not immediately available.
