Playground equipment vandalized in Bel Air [Harford County Police blotter]

Aberdeen

Forshaye Deshawn, 21, of the 100 block of Holloway Road, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from Virginia.

Shona L. Murray, 42, of the 4900 block of Villa Point Drive, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with second-degree assault, violating a protective order and theft less than $100.

Aberdeen police report:

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 200 block of Angus Drive.

Multiple shots were fired Tuesday in the 900 block of Edmund Street.

A Pizza Hut driver reported a theft in the Clarion Hotel parking lot, in the 900 block of Hospitality Way, on Sunday. The incident was originally reported as a robbery but was downgraded to a theft.

A woman was removed from a Harford Transit bus in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue for allegedly having pepper spray on Sunday. Police reported to reports of a fight. No charges were filed.

A woman said a man snatched money from her hand as she was standing at Post Road and Grove Street on Sunday. He ran off.

A man was riding a bicycle through the tunnel under the Amtrak station on Wednesday when an unknown man hit him on the head and accused him of theft. The man ran off and has not been identified.

A worker urinated on the side of the street in the 100 block of Royal Oak Drive on Tuesday.

A possible break-in was reported Tuesday in the 400 block of South Fountain Green Road.

A purse was stolen from a vehicle Tuesday in the 1600 block of Churchville Road.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 300 block of Trimble Road.

Identity theft was reported Tuesday in the 800 block of Belair Road.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 200 block of Thomas Run Road.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday on Patterson Mill Road.

A window was damaged Wednesday in the 2200 block of Byrnes Court.

Playground equipment was vandalized Wednesday at Centreville Way and Kidwell Lane.

A possible break-in was reported Wednesday in the 200 block of Burkwood Court.

A theft was reported Wednesday in the 700 block of Country Village Drive.

A motor vehicle theft was reported Thursday in the 300 block of Crocker Street.

A theft was reported from a vending machine in the 4600 block of Mercedes Drive on Tuesday.

Edgewood

Keshawna Janay Patterson, 25, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with failing to display a license, driving while her license was suspended, driving without a required license, negligent driving and failing to have a child in a safety seat.

Kristen Lauren Breece, 26, whose address is listed as Ramada Inn, was charged Monday with theft between $10,000 and $100,000, five counts of stealing another’s credit card, another credit card charge, having a fraudulent identity and scheming to commit theft between $10,000 and $100,000.

A man broke a window Wednesday in the 700 block of Cardiff Circle.

Someone was trying to break into a home Monday in the 2500 block of Hanson Road.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday in the 500 block of Burlington Court.

Fallston

Two people were trespassing Wednesday in the 1000 block of Old Fallston Road.

Forest Hill

Dumpsters were vandalized Tuesday in the 1600 block of Robin Circle.

Identity theft was reported Tuesday in the 800 block of Bear Creek Court.

Havre de Grace

Harry Lynn Oliphant, 62, of the 3800 block of Springhill Drive, was charged Friday with violating a protective order.

James Lee Turk III, 53, of the 1700 block of Chapel Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and having a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

Jewelry and an iPod were stolen Sunday in the 100 block of Northway.

Havre de Grace police report:

A debit card was stolen from an unlocked car in the 700 block of Lewis Street and used Tuesday.

Medicine was taken from a car more than a week ago in the 800 block of Lafayette Street.

A package with makeup was stolen last Friday in the 300 block of North Adams Street.

A credit card was taken and used to order takeout food and have it delivered last Friday in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway.

Medicine was stolen in the 600 block of Water Street on Saturday.

A mailbox post was thrown through a car window Sunday in the 300 block of Bounding Home Court.

Two bikes were stolen Monday in the 700 block of Tydings Road.

Two marijuana plants were found on a property in the 1700 block of Chapel Road.

Timothy Phillip Smith, 40, of the 200 block of Haverhill Road, was charged Sunday with failing to control vehicle speed to avoid collision, failing to display his license, failing to display a registration card on demand, negligent driving and changing lanes unsafely.

A purse may have been stolen Saturday in the 200 block of Beechwood Avenue.

A group was trying to vandalize a vehicle Saturday in the 1000 block of Ensor Drive.

Eggs were thrown at a house Sunday in the 300 block of Roxbury Court.

Business signs were stolen Sunday in the 1000 block of Magnolia Road.

Pylesville

Jeremy A. Neaves, 19, of the 400 block of Wheeler School Road, was charged last Friday with two counts each of first-degree burglary, theft less than $100 and vandalism.

An assault was reported last Friday in the 200 block of Pylesville Road.

Street

A theft was reported last Friday from a home in the 4200 block of Federal Hill Road.

Someone in the 3200 block of Ady Road was getting harassing phone calls last Friday.

Someone was trying to break into a vehicle Saturday in the 1500 block of Arena Road.

White Hall

James M. Sacks, 55, of the 2900 block of Bradenbaugh Road, was charged Monday with having a handgun in his vehicle and a handgun on his person.

Autumn Diane Hayes, 35, of the 1300 block of Marblewood Avenue in Capitol Heights, was charged last Friday with being a fugitive from Virginia.

Nathan Wayne Paradis, 31, of the first block of Webbs Lane in Dover, Del., was charged last Friday with making a false statement to an officer and obstructing and hindering.

Eric Wayne Hudson, 33, of the 2000 block of Flintshire Road in Rosedale, was charged Sunday with possessing marijuana, having a handgun in his vehicle, illegal possession of a firearm and having a firearm with a felony conviction.

Michael S. Beads, 30, of the 3300 block of Kerry Road in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Joshua Matthew Day, 28, of the 100 block of Vineyard Drive in Port Deposit, was charged Sunday with driving while his license was suspended, driving while his license was revoked and driving with obstructed windshield view.
