2 men shot in separate incidents in Baltimore

Baltimore police were investigating two shootings reported Saturday evening.

At 5:18 p.m. officers responded to the 1000 block of Ellicott Dr. and found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg, said Sgt. J. Eric Kowalczyk. The victim was transported to an area hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 410-396-2488.

Police later received a report of a man who walked into a hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. The location of the incident was not immediately known, but police said detectives from the Northeastern District had been assigned the case.
