Laurel High School Grad Night can't go on without your support [Letter]

April 09, 2013

The Laurel High School Class of 2013 graduates on Monday, June 3, 2013. That evening, in celebration of our graduates' achievements, the Grad Night Committee of the PTSA of Laurel High School will hold the 25th annual Grad Night. The city of Laurel co-sponsors this unique all-night, alcohol- and drug-free, chaperoned event. Graduates are entertained with music, games, door prizes, food, drinks, memories and much, much more! We anticipate that approximately 200 of our graduating seniors will attend this year's celebration.

In order for this event to become a reality, we need the assistance of individuals, businesses and organizations in our community. The budget for Grad Night exceeds $15,000, and we need you to help us reach this amount. Any donation you can make — whether monetary gift, food or prizes — will be greatly appreciated. Even though graduation is still a few months away, we need your commitment now. All donations are tax-deductible. Checks should be made payable to LHS PTSA Grad Night 2013. You will receive a "thank you" letter acknowledging your donation, a list of all sponsors will be prominently displayed during Grad Night and business cards of contributors will be displayed in the main office at Laurel High School.

Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to hearing from you, and, on behalf of the students of the Laurel High School Class of 2013, we thank you!
