Friday traffic: Incident on I-95 in Baltimore County

A two-vehicle incident in Baltimore County on Interstate 95 at mile marker 69.5 has closed one of two southbound shoulders as of 8:09 a.m. Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Meanwhile, the Maryland Transit Administration reported that all trains and buses were running on schedule as of 8:15 a.m.
