Monday traffic: Collisions in Baltimore, Anne Arundel

Morning incidents on Baltimore-area interstates continue to snarl Monday morning's snowy commute, according to the state Department of Transportation.

A collision in Anne Arundel County on Interstate 97 North at the Baltimore Beltway closed one of two northbound shoulders at 8:28 a.m., the DOT said.

A collision in Baltimore City on Interstate 95 North at the Moravia Road exit has closed one of two northbound shoulders at 7:55 a.m., DOT said.

In Howard County, a crash on Interstate 70 West prior to MD 97 has closed one of three westbound traffic lanes and one of two westbound shoulders at 8:31 a.m., DOT said.

The Maryland Transit Authority is reporting minor delays on local bus, light rail and MARC train service at 8:46 a.m., with snow diversions for the following local bus routes: Numbers 4, 5, 10, 11, 14,15, 16, 20, 23, 24, 27, 36, 51, 84, 77 and 97.
