English conversation The Miller branch of the Howard County Public Library, 9421 Frederick Road, offers "Let's Get Together: English Conversation Club," a chance for those for whom English is a second language to practice speaking and understanding English in a group setting. Diet talk Nutritionist Rona Martiyan will discuss the proper way to stay healthy as you age at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 20. Learn to eat the right foods for a healthy heart and sign up for an individual nutrition counseling session after the program. Call 410-313-1400 for appointments.

Ask the Pharmacist Don Hamilton will provide the most recent updates and information concerning medications at 11 a.m. Monday, March 25. Bring questions, prescription lists or containers for discussion of medication concerns.
